New covers can be purchased for products that feature covering systems designed to be replaceable by the customer. Since we keep the patterns for covers of discontinued furniture, we can also supply spare covers for products no longer available. Please note that cotton, urethane, and other cushioning materials tend to shrink or soften over time, so replacement covers can sometimes seem a little oversized, even though the size is the same as the original. Feel free to contact us for information on cushioning replacement/repair.

Products without removable covering systems can be sent to our factory for reupholstering. At that time, we can also restore cotton, urethane, and other cushioning materials that have shrunk or softened with time.
repair
If your furniture becomes damaged or faulty, contact us to discuss options for repair. If parts covered by the 10-year warranty fail during the warranty period due to a defect, we will repair or replace the part free of charge.
Please follow the cover cleaning instructions provided with your product. If dry-cleaning is indicated, be sure to have the cover professionally dry-cleaned by a professional. If you wish, we can put you in touch with one of our partner dry-cleaning businesses.
